Rental Pricing

Please note that all new pricing will take effect starting March 1st 2023. All booking made prior to March 1st 2023 will be honoured.

Please take into account the rental time you put in the signed rental agreement includes the set up and clean up. You will be charged $25 per hour if time is exceeded.

7 Steps to rental

  1. Choose your date: Look at the calendar to see if the date you would like is available (the calendar is regularly updated).
  2. Make Deposit: Etransfer $50 deposit to hold the date. This deposit must be received no later then one week from the date the request was made. You will lose your date if the deposit is not received.
  3. Rental Agreement: Submit your rental agreement with clear time frame. Email copy to [email protected]
  4. Liability Insurance: Get your third party liability insurance. (Yes, EVERY booking must have insurance – no exceptions). Email copy to [email protected]
  5. Special Occasions License: Get your 2 million Host Liquor Liability Policy. (Necessary for any rental with alcohol). Email copy to [email protected].
  6. Special Event Permit: Necessary for all rentals with any alcohol on the premises. Email copy to [email protected]
  7. Remaining Funds: Etransfer $200 damage deposit and remaining amounts to [email protected] All funds must be received 1 week prior to rental date.

Whats included

  • 22 tables – including 16 8 ft tables, 6 6ft tables, 1 long wooden table.
  • Enough chairs for 200 people.
  • Kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge, cooler, coffee machine and coffee maker.
  • Cleaning supplies (all garbage must be taken away after each rental damage deposit will be adjusted accordingly if not done).
  • TV is available for use please inquire at time of booking.
